These terms cover pre-booked passenger transport with a driver only. They do not cover real estate, concierge, aviation or maritime intermediation services. Journeys are accepted subject to the authorisations and insurance required for their operation, including cross-border services.
2. Booking and confirmation
Customers provide the addresses, date, time, contact details, passenger and luggage numbers, special requirements and relevant flight or train number. A booking becomes binding after express confirmation by the company and compliance with agreed payment requirements. A quotation or online request alone is not confirmation. These terms and the price must be available before the customer commits.
3. Prices, payment and changes
Prices are stated in euros, including applicable taxes. The quotation or confirmation specifies included services, possible charges, accepted payment methods and payment dates. Extra stops, route changes, parking or waiting charges must be disclosed and accepted before billing. Paid options require agreement. Changes are subject to availability and any revised price accepted by the customer.
4. Waiting and collection
Complimentary waiting time: 15 minutes for standard pickups; 30 minutes at railway stations; 60 minutes after actual landing at airports. For standard and station pickups, waiting begins at the agreed time or a revised time confirmed following a delay. The rate beyond the allowance must be disclosed before booking and accepted before charging. Customers must supply accurate flight or train details and advise of changes.
5. Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation is free when received at least 3 hours before the agreed pickup time. Cancellations received less than 3 hours before pickup may incur a charge of up to 100% of the booking price. A no-show may incur the full price after the complimentary waiting period and an attempt to contact the customer. A no-show cannot be attributed to the customer when the driver is absent from the agreed location. Send cancellation to the contact details in these terms with the booking reference; written acknowledgement is recommended. Mandatory customer rights and force majeure remain reserved.
6. Cancellation by the provider
If the company cannot provide the service, it informs the customer promptly. An equivalent replacement may be offered with the customer’s agreement; otherwise, sums paid for the unperformed service are refunded. This does not exclude other statutory rights.
7. Safety, passengers and luggage
Passengers must follow safety instructions, wear seat belts and respect vehicle capacity. Child seats, accessibility requirements and large luggage must be notified before confirmation. Animals require prior agreement, subject to access rights for guide and assistance dogs. Dangerous behaviour may justify refusal or interruption of service; financial consequences must remain justified and proportionate. The carrier’s statutory liability for luggage accepted for transport is not excluded.
8. Damage and lost property
Customer-caused damage and exceptional cleaning may be charged with supporting evidence. Exceptional cleaning charges are capped at €300 including tax; separate repairs must be substantiated. Found items can be collected by arrangement. Paid return shipping requires the customer’s agreement.
9. Performance, liability and force majeure
The company must hold the authorisations and insurance required for the services it operates. A free upgrade may be offered without surcharge. Traffic incidents do not automatically constitute force majeure: the legal conditions must be met. Nothing excludes liability for a breach attributable to the company or mandatory passenger rights.
10. Personal data
Information needed for bookings, journeys and payments is handled as described in the privacy policy. Rights requests: matthieubietry06@gmail.com · +377680867453.
11. Complaints and consumer mediation
Send complaints by email or post to the registered office with the booking reference and supporting information. Prompt notification helps investigation but does not shorten statutory time limits.
To complete before publication: no consumer mediator has yet been appointed. The company must join a competent scheme and publish the mediator’s name, contact details and website here. An internal complaint process does not replace consumer mediation.
12. Applicable law and language
French law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and territorial transport rules. Jurisdiction is determined by law; consumers are not required to use only courts at the company’s registered office. French and English versions must be interpreted consistently without reducing customer rights.
